Apple launched iTunes Music and Movies store in India, now you can buy Bollywood songs, Rent / Purchase movies in SD and HD formats. Apple also launched iTunes Gift card, so you can buy them on the iTunes Store in denominations of INR 1000 to INR 5000. You can add your own personal message and choose to have your gift emailed immediately, or you can print it and deliver it in person. Your recipient can redeem the gift anytime for songs, movies, TV shows, apps, games, books, and more.

Note : Gift certificates can only be used in the same online store where purchased and can not be transferred to a different country or other region online stores i.e. you can’t redeem US iTunes gift card in India or vice-versa.

To purchase a gift certificate, follow these steps:

1. Open iTunes, navigate to the iTunes Store.
2. In the right-hand column of the iTunes Store, click the Buy iTunes Gifts link.
3. Now choose Email Gift Certificates or Printable Gift Certificates.
4. Fill out Recipient’s name, Select card value from INR 1000 to INR 5000.

To redeem a gift certificate, follow these steps:

1. Open iTunes, navigate to the iTunes Store.
2. In the right-hand column of the iTunes Store, click the Redeem link.
3. At the Redemption page, carefully enter in your iTunes Store Gift Certificate code.
4.  Your gift certificate balance will be displayed in the upper-right corner of the iTunes Store window. You can now browse, buy, download, and enjoy.
